WMD -

The failed search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq made me wonder what these things would have looked like. This puzzlement and curiosity led to the development of this body of work and continues to be fueled by the continued threat of WMDís from all parts of the world, whether true or false. In the form of a schematic drawing or a type of do-it-yourself guide to building your own WMD, these drawings demonstrate the difficult task of separating reality from fantasy. Each work contains factual and fictional components, allowing them to boarder between real objects and imaginary creations. My images are outrageous, absurd, and irrational, not unlike the concept of a WMD
